 Hong Kong Team Completed ITTF Para Bangkok Open Singles Events
Hong Kong team completed ITTF Para Bangkok Open singles events today (9 August). Women’s Singles TT7-8 CHIU Kan Shan first beat Indonesia’s Siti FADHILAH and Australia’s Christine WOLF 3-0 and then lost to Josephine MEDINA from Philippine 0-3. She advanced to elimination rounds with 2-1 win-loss record. However, she suffered a 0-3 lost against Thailand’s Sumalee SUANGTHO in the quarterfinals. Women’s Singles TT10 LAM Yan Yu first won Cici JULIANI from Indonesia 3-0 but then lost to two Chinese Taipei’s players Tzu Yu LIN and Shiau Wen TIAN 0-3 in the round robin and ranked the third. WONG Yue Ching (TT7), TONG Chi Ming (TT7), TONG Chi Yung (TT7), CHAN Hon Man (TT8) and WU Jiancheng (TT10) stopped at preliminary rounds.
