Ground-breaking Paralympic Movie Rising Phoenix Set to be Premiered
Rising Phoenix, the very first Paralympic movie will be aired on the streaming platform Netflix on 26 August. The documentary charts the Paralympic Games and striving stories of Paralympic athletes from across the world to bring out how Paralympic Movement impacts the way the world see impairment, diversity and human potential.
A total of nine Paralympians featured in the film, including Bebe Vio (Italy), Ellie Cole (Australia), Jean-Baptiste Alaize (France), Matt Stutzman (USA), Jonnie Peacock (UK), Cui Zhe (China), Ryley Batt (Australia), Ntando Mahlangu (South Africa) and Tatyana McFadden (USA).
