 48th Annual General Meeting (To be Conducted via Video Conferencing) In view of the recent upsurge of the COVID-19 pandemic, agreed by the Executive Committee, the 48th Annual General Meeting, which was set to hold at 10am on 6 December, 2020 (Sunday) at Henry G. Leong Yaumatei Community Centre, 60 Public Square Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, will now be conducted via video conferencing instead, so as to safeguard our members’ health and reduce gatherings. Members who will attend the Annual General Meeting, please complete and submit the online form <www.hksapd.org/agm> by 6pm on 2 December (Wednesday) to confirm attendance. The Secretariat will email the video conferencing software user manual and login details after receiving the form. Relevant documents of the 48th Annual General Meeting are enclosed for members' information.
