 Cancellation of Trainings and Activities Scheduled on 2 November In response to the announcement by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 will be issued, please be aware that all trainings and activities originally scheduled for 2 November afternoon will be cancelled and the secretariat office will be closed as well.
