Administrative Assistant

The Sports Association for the Physically Disabled of Hong Kong, China is a multi-sport national sports association to develop and promote Para sports, and enable local Para athletes to achieve sporting excellence. We are now inviting candidates with strong passion in Para sports development to apply for the post.
 
Major Responsibilities
  • Maintain the daily operation of the office
  • Perform full spectrum of administrative functions
  • Responsible for transportation and logistics arrangement
  • Handle membership registration
  • Maintain proper filing and accurate records in the database
  • Maintain storeroom operations
  • Take up any other duties as assigned by the senior management
 
Requirements
  • Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics in the HKCEE; or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English, Chinese and Mathematics in the HKDSE Examination, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese World Processing
  • Self-motivated, team player, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English languages
  • Previous working experience in sports organization is an advantage

Benefits
Salary will depend on qualifications and related work experience. Annual leave, Mandatory Provident Fund, medical insurance, and other benefit will be provided.
