兹通告中國香港傷殘人士體育協會將於二零二五年十一月三十日(星期日)上午 11時正，假香港體育學院大樓L2活動室 (MBL2C) (香港新界沙田源禾路25號)，舉行第五十三屆週年會員大會，處理以下事項：
Notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sports Association for the Physically Disabled of Hong Kong, China will be held at the Function Room (MBL2C), L2 Main Building, Hong Kong Sports Institute (25 Yuen Wo Road, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong) at 11:00am on 30 November 2025 (Sunday) for the following purposes:

會員在參與週年會員大會時，需提供身份證號碼/電話號碼以作驗證會員身份之用。
In order to verify members’ identity, members are required to provide your ID / Phone number when you attend the AGM.
根據會章第 20(3)g節，會員可授權另一名會員作為代表，以行使其全部或任何權利出席週年會員大會並在大會上發言和投票。有關委任代表投票的詳情，請參閱 [ 附件 ] 。
填妥代表委任表格後，必須於 2025 年 11 月 28 日(星期五)上午 11 時前，交回中國香港傷殘人士體育協會，或掃描後以電子形式發送至協會電郵。
As stipulated in the Association’s Article 20(3)g, members are entitled to appoint another member as a proxy to exercise all or any of the member’s rights to attend and to speak and to vote at the AGM. Members wishing to vote by proxy should refer to the notes in the [ Attachment ].
This completed proxy form must be lodged with the Association or scanned and sent in electronic form to the Association’s email no later than 11:00am on 28 November 2025 (Friday).
